Do I need KYC?
No. NinjaSwap is Discord-OAuth only. We never ask for your government ID, passport, or selfie. Trade history is public by Discord ID; everything else (wallet, payment details) stays masked.
What happens if the exchanger doesn't deliver?
The exchanger's LTC is locked in the bot until the trade confirms. If they ghost you, staff are auto-notified after 45 minutes of silence and can release funds back. Disputes go to the audit log, then to a staff resolution channel.
