Exchanger code

Exchanger Rules.

Before you can be added as a verified exchanger, you must read and agree to follow these rules. Violations result in removal, blacklist, and forfeiture of any locked funds. No exceptions, no warnings, no appeal.

01 Communication

  • Never DM clients first. All coordination must happen inside the ticket channel. If you DM a client first, you are removed.
  • Be professional, respectful, and prompt with responses. If you cannot respond within 10 minutes, press Unclaim Ticket so another exchanger can pick it up.
  • If a client opens a dispute, address it in the ticket. Do not retaliate, do not threaten, do not insult. Staff will mediate using the transcript.
  • Do not discuss other clients, other exchangers, or any private trade detail outside the ticket.

02 Payments and chargebacks

  • Always verify payment is received and cleared before releasing crypto or sending fiat. "Pending" is not "received".
  • Never accept payments from a balance or source the client did not disclose up-front. Pre-disclose what's acceptable per method.
  • Disclose every fee before the client confirms. No mid-trade surprises.
  • If a chargeback or reversal happens after you've broadcast crypto, file the incident immediately in the audit channel. The client is permanently banned per the Terms of Service, and you get reimbursed from their locked balance and any future activity.
  • PayPal Card is fee-elevated to 20% because chargeback risk is real. Treat it as the highest-risk tier; verify identity and recent account activity before claiming.

03 Wallet and funds

  • Keep your registered LTC wallet funded and secure. Insufficient balance to cover the next claim = automatic suspension until topped up.
  • Withdrawals require 2FA by default. Keep it on. Do not disable it unless you have a documented reason. Use /security to manage it.
  • Optionally lock withdrawals to a whitelist via /whitelist_add for extra safety.
  • Use /balance at least once per shift to confirm your wallet state.
  • Never share your wallet seed, your bot login, or your Discord 2FA recovery codes with anyone, including other staff. If asked, it's an impersonator.

04 Honesty and integrity

  • Quote real market rates. Do not invent hidden markups.
  • Never double-charge. Never invent fees mid-trade.
  • If you cannot complete a trade, press Unclaim Ticket promptly. Do not ghost the client.
  • If you misquote and the trade has already executed, you absorb the cost. Do not ask the client to make up the difference after the fact.
  • Do not work both sides of a trade for yourself or a known associate. Self-dealing is grounds for removal.

05 Service fees and taxes

  • If exchange tax (per-trade) is configured, it is collected automatically from your wallet on each completed trade. Keep enough balance to cover it.
  • If weekly subscription tax is configured, it is collected automatically on the configured day. Keep enough balance to cover it. Insufficient balance on collection day = auto-suspension until cleared.
  • Suspended exchangers cannot claim tickets. Top up your wallet and contact a staff member to reactivate.

06 Use the tools

  • /guide is your reference. Read it end-to-end at least once before claiming your first ticket.
  • /balance, /my_profile, /my_history, /security are all available to you.
  • Use the audit channel. Every action you take is logged and visible to staff in real time. This is the source of truth in disputes.
  • If something is unclear, ask in the exchanger-only channel before claiming. Better to delay 5 minutes than to mess up a trade.

07 Off-platform settlement

  • Do not settle any trade off-platform. No DMs, no Telegram, no other Discord servers. If a trade did not happen in a Ninja Swap ticket, we did not see it and cannot mediate it.
  • Off-platform settlement is grounds for immediate removal and locked-balance forfeiture. The client's account is also flagged.
  • If a client tries to move you off-platform, report it in the exchanger channel and refuse the trade.

08 Removal and locked-balance forfeiture

  • You may be removed at any time for violating any rule above.
  • On removal, your locked balance is forfeited. It first covers any client losses caused by your conduct. The remainder is retained by the service to offset moderation costs.
  • You may not appeal a removal. You may not re-apply with a different Discord ID.
  • If you wish to leave on your own terms, request unstaffing in the exchanger channel. Your locked balance is released after a 14-day cooldown if no disputes are pending.

09 Agreement

By pressing Agree in the Discord application flow, you confirm you have read these rules in full and will follow them. Pressing Disagree cancels your application. There is no in-between.
