Exchanger rules
Read this before you claim a ticket.
These rules apply to every ticket you claim. Breaking them can remove your exchanger access and affect funds locked against a disputed trade.
01 Keep communication in the ticket
- Never DM a client first. Keep all trade communication in the ticket channel. Contacting a client first by DM results in removal.
- If you cannot respond within 10 minutes, press
Unclaim Ticketso another exchanger can take the trade. - Handle disputes in the ticket. Do not threaten, insult, or retaliate against the client. Staff will review the ticket when resolving the dispute.
- Do not share information about clients, exchangers, or trades outside the ticket.
02 Verify funds before you send
- Do not release crypto or send fiat until the payment has cleared. A pending payment has not cleared.
- Accept funds only from a balance or source the client disclosed before the trade. Tell the client what you accept for that payment method.
- State every fee before the client confirms the trade. Do not add fees after the trade starts.
- Report a chargeback or reversal in the audit channel immediately. Under the Terms of Service, the client is permanently banned and you are reimbursed from their locked balance and future activity.
- PayPal Card carries a 20% fee and is the highest-risk payment tier. Verify the client's identity and recent account activity before claiming.
03 Secure your wallet and account
- Keep your registered LTC, SOL, and Solana USDC wallets secure and funded. The bot uses their combined available value for claims; if it cannot cover your next claim, top up any supported asset.
- Withdrawals use 2FA by default. Keep it enabled unless you have a documented reason to turn it off. Manage it with
/security. - You can restrict withdrawals to approved addresses with
/whitelist add. - Run
/balanceat least once per shift and check the wallet status. - Never share your wallet seed, bot login, or Discord 2FA recovery codes. Staff will not ask for them.
04 Rates, fees, and failed trades
- Use real market rates. Do not add a hidden markup.
- Do not double-charge or add a fee during the trade.
- If you cannot complete a trade, use
Unclaim Ticket. Do not leave the client waiting. - If you quote the wrong amount and the trade has already executed, you cover the difference. Do not charge the client for your mistake.
- Do not trade with yourself or a known associate. Working both sides of a trade is grounds for removal.
05 Keep service charges funded
- If the server uses a per-trade exchange tax, the bot collects it from your wallet when a trade is completed.
- If the server uses a weekly subscription tax, the bot collects it on the configured day. If your balance cannot cover it, the bot suspends your access.
- A suspended exchanger cannot claim tickets. Top up the wallet and contact staff to restore access.
06 Before you claim
- Read
/guidein full before you claim your first ticket. - Use
/balance,/my_profile,/my_history, and/securityto manage your work. - Your actions are recorded in the audit channel. Staff will use that record when reviewing a dispute.
- If you are unsure about something, ask in the exchanger channel before claiming the ticket. Waiting five minutes is better than mishandling a trade.
07 Keep every trade on NinjaSwap
- Do not settle a trade in DMs, Telegram, or another Discord server. NinjaSwap cannot review or mediate a trade that did not happen in a NinjaSwap ticket.
- Taking a trade outside NinjaSwap is grounds for immediate removal and loss of your locked balance. The client's account is also flagged.
- If a client asks you to move the trade, refuse and report it in the exchanger channel.
08 Removal and leaving
- Staff may remove you for breaking these rules.
- If you are removed, you lose your locked balance. It first covers client losses caused by your conduct. NinjaSwap keeps any remainder to cover moderation costs.
- Removal cannot be appealed. You may not apply again with another Discord ID.
- To leave voluntarily, request unstaffing in the exchanger channel. NinjaSwap releases your locked balance after a 14-day cooldown if you have no open disputes.
09 Accepting these rules
Pressing I agree in Discord confirms that you have read these rules and agree to follow them. Pressing I disagree stops the application.
