01 Communication
- Never DM clients first. All coordination must happen inside the ticket channel. If you DM a client first, you are removed.
- Be professional, respectful, and prompt with responses. If you cannot respond within 10 minutes, press Unclaim Ticket so another exchanger can pick it up.
- If a client opens a dispute, address it in the ticket. Do not retaliate, do not threaten, do not insult. Staff will mediate using the transcript.
- Do not discuss other clients, other exchangers, or any private trade detail outside the ticket.
