Get approved and activate
Start with the exchanger application. After approval, accept the setup terms and follow the bot’s DM instructions for your personal deposit. Activation follows the required confirmed deposit.
Read the exchanger rules before claiming. An application alone does not give you an active exchanger account.

Set up before you claim
Use /setroles to choose your methods and /methods to manage payment accounts and chat preferences. Open /security to configure withdrawal verification and notifications.
Check /balance for available capacity. Existing claims and owed fees can reduce what you can use. Fund through /deposit when needed.

Review the ticket, then claim
Open /queue or the open-orders channel. Read the route, amounts and Details & options before claiming a ticket you can fulfil. Claim manually and handle the trade yourself.
Keep payment instructions in the ticket. Use Set payment details or share the agreed details there. If you add custom terms, the client must accept them before they lock in.

Verify payment and complete
Check the actual receipt in your payment account or on the correct blockchain. A screenshot alone does not prove receipt.
Send the agreed payout using NinjaWallet or your own wallet. Review the recipient, asset, network, amount and costs before approval. The client then confirms receipt to finish the exchange.
If payment is partial, pending or disputed, involve staff. Unclaiming an unpaid ticket is different from resolving a ticket where payment has already started.
